1. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation within Trial Period: Customers who cancel their subscription within the specified trial period are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Discontinuation: If Tronix-AI discontinues its service or fails to provide access to the subscribed features, customers will receive a full refund for the remaining subscription period.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Request: Customers must submit a refund request through our customer support email (info@tronix-ai.com) within 24 hours of canceling their subscription.
  • Verification: All refund requests will be reviewed and verified by our customer support team.
  • Refund Approval: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Usage: Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the subscription term if the customer has already accessed or utilized the application during the subscription period.
  • Service Terms Violation: Tronix-AI reserves the right to deny refunds to customers who violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Dispute Resolution: In cases where customers dispute a charge or request a refund outside of our standard policies, Tronix-AI will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a resolution in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
